Train Ticket

Your rail ticket is not transferable and is valid only for travel on the train(s) and date(s) shown.
The receipt is required for any exchange or refund (subject to charges).
Times shown in timetable or elsewhere are not guaranteed.
In case of necessity, we may cancel a train or substitute alternate transportation without notice.
To ensure all passengers' safety, we reserve the right to inspect all baggage. Only bikes will be checked into the baggage car.
You are responsible at all times for your carry-on baggage.

Other conditions apply to your travel.

Bike Train Reservations
Each Bike Train ticket includes a passenger seat and bike rack reservation. A bike rack reservation fee is included in the cost of the Bike Train ticket.

Maximum Bike Weight and Length Allowed
Bikes transported on the Bike Train should not exceed 32 kg (70 lb) or measure longer than 180 cm (6 ft). A limited number of non-standard sized bikes (i.e. tandems, tricycles etc) and trailers may be permitted depending on space availability – please confirm when booking.

Minimum Check-In Times
Bike Train passengers are encouraged to check-in their bikes prior to boarding:

Approximately 1 hour prior to departure at Union Station
Approximately 45 minutes prior to departure at other Stations

Passengers with bikes arriving at the station less than 30 minutes before departure are not guaranteed to be accommodated, and the passenger will be responsible to make alternate travel arrangements (no refund will be provided).

Carry-On Baggage
Passengers will be required to remove any panniers or bags attached to their bikes prior to loading onto the Bike Train. Panniers and bags are permitted onboard the passenger car as carry-on baggage. Carry-on baggage should not exceed 23 kg (50 lb) or measure larger than 23 x 66 x 46 cm (9 x 26 x 18 in).

Liability
We regret that we are unable to accept liability for carry-on baggage and for bikes loaded and transported unboxed in the Bike Train baggage car. If you require insurance, contact your travel agency or insurance company.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance of the travel date to receive a refund on Bike Train tickets. Tickets are not refundable within 7 days of the travel date.
